The department of dermatology in situated at Akhtar Saeed Trust Hospital, DHA, EME. It has got an outdoor and inpatient facility. The outpatient department is catering to all kind of skin diseases. In ward the department is managing all types of dermatological cases with high standard of professional & nursing care. Different procedures like cautery, cryotherapy, intralesional steroid therapy, skin biopsy, fungal scraping & phototherapy are being performed here. The department is also actively involved in teaching of MBBS students of 3^rd, 4^th & final year & D.P.T 4^th year students.House officers are being trained to manage patients of common skin diseases & do essential procedures as well.
